TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your rental of dumpsters and related services from JAX Dumpsters Services LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking a rental, you agree to these Terms.

1. Rental Agreement

A rental agreement is formed when we confirm your booking. The rental period, dumpster size, and total price are agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Rental Period

Standard rental periods range from 3 to 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Rental periods beyond the agreed term may incur additional daily fees.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Fill the dumpster only to the top of the container—no overloading.
• Keep the area around the dumpster clear and accessible for pickup.
• Not move, alter, or modify the dumpster once placed.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted in our dumpsters:

• Hazardous materials, chemicals, paints, and solvents.
• Tires, batteries, and automotive fluids.
• Asbestos, refrigerants, and biohazardous waste.
• Explosives, ammunition, and flammable materials.

You may be responsible for additional fees if prohibited items are found in the dumpster at the time of disposal.

5. Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. Additional charges for excess weight, extended rental periods, or prohibited-item disposal will be billed separately.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or property caused by the weight or placement of the dumpster. You are responsible for ensuring the placement location can support the container and its contents.

7. Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time will receive a full refund. Later cancellations may be subject to a fee.
